“How can we encourage our children to follow their dreams, if we aren’t following ours?”

Since he was a toddler, my oldest son has been an avid sports fan.

Following his sophomore year in college, he had an exploratory interview with ESPN, his dream company to work for.

They told him to finish school, get more experience and then apply.

He took this picture in their parking lot saying, “I’ll be back!”

Well,  he finished school ‪#‎MorehouseMan‬, got the experience with 3 different networks, including a trip to Sochi, Russia, covering the 2014 winter Olympics with NBC and now today, he begins his career with his dream company.

I am over the moon proud of this young man. Following his dreams.
