Confidence is like sage for the soul.
I have always believed the following:
🔹️When one of us wins, we ALL win.
🔹️️SISterhood is more than a hashtag.
Unfortunately, when I look around, I don’t always sense that some of us are of the same mindset.
This is why I routinely encourage others in my space to do the following:
When you see a woman knocking her goals out of the park while you don’t even have a bat, consider what stage of her journey she may be in.
SIS may have been at this for years, while you may be relatively new to the game. Her journey may have consisted of multiple pitfalls, challenges, heartaches, and disappointments until this point. Never mind the financial investments and losses. You likely have zero knowledge of the sacrifices she’s made to get to where she is now. You don’t get to decide who is worthy and when.
Rather than being triggered by someone else’s success, how about using their wins as your inspiration. Be encouraged and motivated by the possibilities that lie ahead for you.
Positive energy is a powerful thing. Get confident in yourself and become comfortable clapping for someone else’s wins. Dispense with envy and judgment. Failure to do so says more about you than her.
Then sit back, as you put in the work, boost your confidence, and watch how the universe begins to show up with YOUR just rewards.
What have you done recently to show another woman that she is worthy, that she matters, and/or
that you are rooting for her success?
